You must create an account to access membership features or purchase a Limited Access Pass. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.

Failure to respond to reasonable verification requests, or the discovery of materially inaccurate, false, or misleading information in your account, may result in suspension or termination of your Membership or Limited Access Pass without refund.
04 Membership Plans & Pricing
Islandog Media, LLC may offer one or more recurring membership plans at its sole discretion. The availability, structure, and number of membership tiers — including whether multiple tiers are offered at all — is determined entirely by the Company and may change at any time without prior obligation to maintain any particular plan structure.
Where multiple membership tiers are offered, each tier may differ in price, features, access levels, and included Content as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Where only a single membership plan is offered, that plan constitutes the sole recurring membership option available.
We reserve the right to:
- Introduce, modify, consolidate, or discontinue any membership tier or plan at any time.
- Adjust the pricing, features, and Content included in any plan without obligation to maintain prior offerings.
- Offer different plans, pricing, or promotional rates to different users or user segments.
- Limit the availability of certain plans by geography, capacity, or any other criteria at our discretion.
Existing Members will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase or material reduction in features takes effect on their next Billing Cycle. If a plan you are subscribed to is discontinued, we will notify you in advance and may migrate your account to the most comparable available plan or offer you the option to cancel.
05 Limited Access Pass
In addition to recurring Membership plans, Islandog Media, LLC may offer a Limited Access Pass — a one-time, non-recurring purchase that grants temporary access to Content as determined by the Company at its sole discretion.
- Scope of Access: The Content accessible under a Limited Access Pass is determined entirely by Islandog Media, LLC and may include all, some, or a limited portion of the premium Content otherwise available to recurring Members. The specific Content, courses, resources, or features included in a Limited Access Pass will be identified at the time of purchase; however, the Company reserves the right to adjust, add to, or remove Content from the Limited Access Pass offering at any time. A Limited Access Pass does not guarantee access to any particular piece of Content, nor does it guarantee parity with any recurring Membership tier.
- Duration: Access under a Limited Access Pass is valid for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) as specified at the point of sale. Access expires automatically at the end of the stated period, with no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
- One-Time Payment: The Limited Access Pass requires a single payment at the time of purchase. No recurring charges will be applied to your payment method.
- Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Limited Access Passes are issued to the purchasing account only, may not be transferred, resold, or shared, and are non-refundable once access has been activated. If you have not yet activated your pass, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- Upgrade Credit: If you purchase a recurring Membership within the active period of your Limited Access Pass, we may, at our discretion, apply a credit equal to the Limited Access Pass purchase price toward your first Billing Cycle.
- No Guarantee of Availability: Limited Access Passes may be offered on a limited-time or limited-quantity basis. The Company reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or reintroduce the Limited Access Pass offering at any time, and is under no obligation to offer Limited Access Passes at all.
06 Billing & Payment
By purchasing a Membership, you authorize Islandog Media, LLC to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each Billing Cycle. By purchasing a Limited Access Pass, you authorize a single charge at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable New York State and local sales taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
- If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to re-charge the payment method. After three (3) failed attempts, your Membership may be suspended.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
- New York State sales tax and any applicable Monroe County local taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout as required by law.
07 Free Trials & Promotions
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your Membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate. Free trials are limited to one per individual. We reserve the right to revoke trial access if abuse is detected.
Free trials do not apply to Limited Access Pass purchases.
08 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your recurring Membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@islandogmedia.com.
- Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided.
- Annual plans: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. After this period, no refunds are issued, and your access continues through the end of the paid term.
- Limited Access Pass: Non-refundable once access has been activated. If access has not been activated, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
09 Permitted Use & Restrictions
Your Membership or Limited Access Pass grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site’s premium Content for your personal or internal business use. You agree not to:
- Share, transfer, or sell your account credentials to any third party.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Content from the Site without prior written consent from Islandog Media, LLC.

- Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
- Download, cache, or store Content for use beyond the duration of your active Membership or Limited Access Pass period.
10 Intellectual Property
All Content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software on the Site are the exclusive property of Islandog Media, LLC or its licensors and are protected by federal and New York State copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to our Content or intellectual property.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used without obligation or compensation to you.
11 User Content
If the Site allows you to submit or share content (such as comments, forum posts, or uploads), you retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting, you grant Islandog Media, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the Site.
You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.
12 Privacy & Data
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Our data practices comply with applicable New York State privacy laws and the New York SHIELD Act (Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security Act).
We process payments through third-party processors and do not store complete payment card information on our servers. In the event of a data breach involving your private information, we will notify you in accordance with New York General Business Law § 899-aa.
13 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of New York, Islandog Media, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, Membership, or Limited Access Pass, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Islandog Media, LLC for your Membership or Limited Access Pass in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
14 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Islandog Media, LLC, its members, managers, affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
15 Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your Membership, Limited Access Pass, and access to the Site, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination:
- Your right to access premium Content ceases immediately.
- Any outstanding fees remain due and payable.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10, 13, 14, and 17) will remain in effect.
16 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Site at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your Membership before the changes take effect. For Limited Access Purchasers, updated Terms apply to any future purchases.
17 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:
- Informal Resolution: You agree to first contact us at support@islandogmedia.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
- Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Rochester, Monroe County, New York.
- Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Monroe County, New York.
18 General Provisions
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in New York, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Islandog Media, LLC regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. Islandog Media, LLC may assign its rights and obligations freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, pandemics, natural disasters, or infrastructure failures.
